Yes. Send CANCEL, or open MY ORDERS and choose the order. Cancelling before a rider is on the way is free. Repeated late cancellations may lead to a warning.
The rider must bring the package back to the pickup point and confirm the return. If a package is not returned, report it in the chat and our team follows up.
